Quite often a relative stranger will be the one to make you realise what you have become. The difficulty is not getting hung up on our perceived lack of progress, but just being committed and working towards our goals bit by bit (baby steps!), and giving ourselves opportunities to test our abilities as we go. Easy to say, of course.

It’s not just the climbing practice and skills, but the fitness, mindset, and following your dreams. And in just two years! Just think what you’ll have achieved in another two years… keep it up!! 🙂
